Tourist policy in Morocco results from the provisions of different three-yearly and five yearly plans adopted since 1965.At that time, tourism wa also acknowledged was a high priority of national development and of the institution of a Ministry of Tourism in its own right.
The Decree of June 13 th, 1990 relating to the organizations and functions of such a Ministry has come to precise the managment of this Departement.

Actually, the task which has been assigned to the Tourism Depatement is defined by article I of the Decree of June 13th, 1990 relating to the management and functions of the Tourism Ministry and which stipulates that : “governmental Authority in charge of tourism aims to develop and implement governmental policy in the field of Tourism”. Besides the Minister’s departmental staff, the Tourism Ministry is made up of a Central Administration and external departments.

The International Higher Institute of Tourism of Tangier was founded in 1972 by the Ministry of Tourism. Unique in Africa and the Arab world, it has become since July 14, 1987, International Higher Institute of Tourism, following the resolution passed for that purpose by the General Assembly of the World Tourism Organisation and the agreement signed between the Government of Morocco and the General Secretariat of the Organization.

The mission of the International Higher Institute of Tourism is to train executives capable of ensuring the design, promotion and rational management of the tourism product and tourism companies and hotels, based on the latest techniques and most appropriate the specificity of this sector. To achieve its objectives, the International Higher Institute of Tourism has been given to structures and means enabling it to realize its ambitions: An active learning, interdisciplinary, scalable, organized in the form of interactive lectures, practical work, to case studies and simulation games, university teachers and practitioners from the professional world, who bring their expertise and their experience of teaching and learning resources (library, language laboratory, audio-visual center IT, screening room, etc.). Vision 2010 has placed particular emphasis on the need to develop skills highly skilled (high management / top management) in Hospitality and Tourism. The ISITT will play a key role as a strategic lever to support the sector in close collaboration with public and private supply of higher education in Morocco.

The Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature aims to conserve the biodiversity of Jordan and integrate its conservation programs with socio-economic development, while promoting wider public support and action for the protection of the natural environment within Jordan and neighboring countries.

The Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature is an independent non-profit non-government organization devoted to the conservation of Jordan’s natural resources. Established in 1966 under the patronage of His Majesty the late King Hussein, RSCN has been given the responsibility by the Government of Jordan to protect the Kingdom’s natural heritage. As such, it is one of the few voluntary organizations in the Middle East to be granted this kind of public service mandate. As a result of its pioneering conservation work, RSCN has achieved international recognition.

The policies and practices of RSCN are shaped and guided by an elected Board of Directors, made up of eleven members. Responsibility for day-to-day work is delegated to a team of over 320 staff, headed by the Director General. This work falls under four main.
