Amanda is a graduate of the University of Toronto (B.A. Hon Architectural Design Specialist 2008) and is currently in her second year of her Masters of Architecture. Born and raised in Toronto, this diverse city has nourished an apetite for food and architecture. Her particular interest lies within the overlap between architecture and urbanism through the impact that food on culture. She is an avid gleaner with the organization, Not Far From the Tree, harvesting from urban fruit trees to share with homeowners, volunteers, and the city.
